Ok where my girls at that have grown up HATING your legs or part of your body {or like me hating everything-head to toe}

I just had one of those days where everything WORKS! Hair, makeup, outfit, shoes & jewelry #onPoint 💅💃💁 & realized something that I have been doing for only a short period of time.. When I feel cute & good I take full blown selfies! 📷📷 like no shame, no trying to stand up tall, suck things in, turn to my "good side" 😂😂😂 I can finally for the first time in 29 years legit look myself in the eye & be so happy with who I am inside & out. 

If you have ever had those feelings of self hate you aren't alone. The first time I wore shorts in public for an event was 4 years ago. I've always hated my legs more than anything & here I am proud of them in some super short white shorts!

Challenge Groups

A challenge group is a closed private FB group for only people who are also in the challenge! We give give tips on how to make your life easier for yourself, knowing its ok to do something for yourself, even quick hair tips and meal prepping for yourself and even the kids! There are daily check ins, recipes, quick meal guides and prizes too! It's ok to be selfish once in a while!
